Microfiber itself is a finely woven polyester, and may therefore be washed and dried on mild (i.e. permanent press or warm) settings.
However, if there are other materials involved, like interfacings or linings, those might shrink and therefore render your covers useless unless washed gently in cold water and dried on a line or on a tumble setting. If the whole construction is microfiber and contains no other materials, either in the construction or as a trim, then you’re safe washing and drying just like any other polyester.
