Tide to go is supposed to work (well, the ads say so:P- TV never lies :D)… jks…
but generally concentrated bleach or hot water (if its not coloured), or just soap and hot water and scrub hard (that works most of the time for me…)
this should help too..
there are many compounds that can loosen and remove stains… chk it out…
