Concerning your final pay, the federal and state laws may be different, so it&#039;s a good idea to contact your state&#039;s wage and hour department.  Especially if the regular payday has passed. Make sure you read your Employee Handbook concerning your employer&#039;s policy regarding vacation pay.  Vacation pay is a benefit, and is given at the employer&#039;s discretion.  It&#039;s not required by law that it be provided.  Some employers have a &quot;use it or loose it&quot; policy, while other employers allow your vacation time to be &quot;banked&quot;. Your handbook will give you the details.
