No, they are probably just trying to keep the deposit…

OXY DEEP…. It’s the best stuff EVER. I don’t know of anything else that will work…and get all the way down to the carpet padding.

I do know, that even after a year goes by, some stains and smells will be noticed. Good luck to you!

I doubt it. I’m afraid the apt. is trying to rip you off – they love to ***** with people’s deposits. In the future, take pictures when you move out and have the apartment management do a final move-out walk through with you.

It is possible if it got down into the carpet pad. Some apartment complexes have a special “blue light” that they shine on the carpet and it will pick up urine stains. It’s their way of keeping your deposit.

If it sits in the pad and someone steps on that spot, the carpet and soak it up again but if the pad had dried then there is no way and they are just trying to take you!!!

For future, Spot Shot works very well on pet urine. It eliminates the stain and the smell. Good Luck!

No,there is no way it could have a stain or smell…Unless the *** had soaked into the carpet annd the odor came out after you guys had the carpet cleaned.
