You should have cleaned as each incident occurred. You can try carpet cleaners but it sounds like you need a pro and there are no guarantees there either.

If you are unsure of the exact location, a black light is very inexpensive (and can be purchased at the pet store). Urine is a protein which glows under a black light — you will get to the source in no time.
