the trigger assembly has popped apart and is allowing the button under the tank to push the valve that allows the water to come out to stay in the on position…you would have to take your handle apart and put all of this back together…since it is new i would just take it back and have them exchange it for another one….Mine done the same thing but it was three years old…I took it apart and fixed the trigger assembly….
