NO! That’s NOT normal and any company that’s does their work properly would send someone out to re-do the rooms…
I have my carpets done last yr. I vacuum ALL the rooms except for the stairs so I know there was NO dog hair around… When he was done with the entire house all that he had collected in his hand was a small tuft of dog hair from the stairs. .. However, I wasn’t happy that the entry ways were still stained so they sent a tech out to re-do the heavy traffic areas for FREE! He got most of the dirt off the carpets but, some was really ground it… At least the company made the effort.. .I would inquire again nicely and speak with a manager…
I would vacuum really well BEFORE they show….. Good luck

NO it is not normal. The hair should have been vacuumed out of the rug before it was cleaned. They have commercial machines that do this.
