It isn’t really any different than if you’d broken a regular light bulb on you. Little bits of glass… nothing more. Any Hg vapor, etc. will be long gone. Nothing to worry about – just treat them like your other dirty clothes.

CFL bulbs do contain some mercury. Washing the clothes will help and will be fine as far as removing the Hg. Brush the shoes outside.
Regular incandescent bulbs contain argon and a tungsten filament.
