Tide with Bleach or any other color safe laundry detergent with bleach or stain remover works wonders. Get a really good brush and scrub it in really well, let it sit for a few min and then scrub again. Whenever I use this method I end up steam cleaning the whole carpet because the spots where the stains were turn out whiter than the rest of it.
ok listen up, I have two sudgestions. One of which is “Spot Shot” (it is a blue bottle) the othe is called”little green” (it is a machine by bissle). Eather one will get it right out.
After you have cleaned the carpet with something like Simple Green, use club soda to take out the smell. Sometimes a solution of vinegar and water will help remove sticky runny poo. Keep club soda around to take odors away; works great. Try a vinegar solution on your shirt, too.
First try to sponge up as much poo as you can with a wet sponge. Then soak up as much wetness as you can. Mix up a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water. Fully saturate the stain with this solution and work into the carpet with a scrub brush. Blot up the wetness again. This will neutralize any odor. When the area has dried sprinkle a good handful of baking soda over the soiled area. Mix 1/2 cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide with a teaspoon of dish detergent. Put on rubber gloves and slowly pour the solution over the baking soda. Work the dissolving baking soda well into the carpet, first with your fingers and then with a brush.
Allow area to dry completely and the vacuum thoroughly.
Important. Never use ammonia or ammonia based products. One of the ingredients of urine is ammonia and may encourage your dog to urinate in that spot.
